Please can you provide more information about your Mac. Instructions on how to do so and what to provide here - http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612396/highlight/true#M162
I can see from the crash report that you have an Intel 4000 chip which, at this point, is very low spec for the game so your settings should be on the low side to prevent lag and crashing. Have you tried this to see if a clean game works? https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/READ-FIRST-Sims-4-Mac-Help-Guides-and-Troubleshooting/m-p/4612394#M163

How much storage space is left on your Mac?
What packs do you have installed?
Do you use CC? If so, what kind? - Bluebellflora4 years agoHero+
@Davis26bommer
Have you considered updating Mojave to the latest version, 10.14.6? I think you're experiencing this https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/-Sims-4-crashing-freezing-Intel-HD-4000/td-p/8486475- SimQARobo4 years ago

@Davis26bommer
And if the latest version of Mojave, 10.14.6, doesn't fix it, try changing graphics settings in game and see if any changes there make the issue go away.
