Game Crashes, Whole MacBook Pro Cchrases

I played the game again, after a while and the game just suddenly crashed, it worked for about 5 minutes and then the screen froze my mouse turned into this round-turning rainbow and then I was forced to quit the app, and suddenly my whole MacBook Pro crashes and turns off. This issue started before the new Jan 2025 update and I haven't changed my mods or anything so I don't know why this is happening. Please respond and help me.
