My game has not been working for days, and it always shows this. Is there something wrong with my cc and mods?

I deleted my localthumbcache, moved my mods folder to my desktop, and then my game would not load.

Follow the instructions in the opening post to properly test a clean folder. If you still haven't found the cause please post back with all the requested info.
