Game has glitchy lines across the whole screen

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), processor 2.2 GHz quad-core intel core i7, memory 16 Gb 1600 Mhz DDR3, graphics intel iris pro 1536 MB. I'm running BitDefender, I did a system scan and no viruses were flagged. I have tried to repair the game. I do run cc but I uninstalled all my cc and repaired the game and it's still doing the glitching.
