How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. Entire game static and glitching can’t use ever since we downloaded University. I’ve tried the repair option and no luck.
How is this making it more difficult? Game is useless without repair

I need help to fix this issue my daughter has not been able to play games in over a month.
