Game Keeps Crasching After Update July 2021

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime I load up the game when I go into a household, or buildmode for a few second the game crashes. I took out my mods, deleted the EA folder and started fresh, repaired the game, update the game same issue. Everything was fine until before the patch update. EA broke my game.
What do you expect to see? get this resolve cant do nothing now.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I installed the newest patch which I did not want to do and it destroyed everything. This happens all the time.
