@bengalcatz525 Is your computer a pc or mac? If your computer is a pc please post your computer's dxdiag. if your computer is a pc does the game show up in Origin?

The EP install may be corrupted, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin would have no bearing on this as Mac users do not need Origin to play Sims 3, only to install it. Please try the following:
- Manually uninstall Into the Future
- In Origin click on Origin then Preferences in the menu bar, then Installs & Saves in the Origin window
- Click on Browse Installers and drag to the Trash any installers with Into The Future or EP11 in the file name
- Quit Origin, empty your Trash and restart your Mac
- Open Origin, download ITF, install it then quit Origin
- Attempt to launch ITF from within your Applications folder: Applications > The Sims 3 > Into the Future
If the above doesn't work then use the Origin reset tool then repeat the steps above.
