Game won't start due to language error after September 2019 update

@irynadakota Some countries receive language-locked versions of Sims 4, and Origin blocks use of any other languages for these installs. There are also issues sometimes if a new pack comes from a different region, and its language isn't supported by the base game, or vice versa.
Have you bought any new packs recently, maybe from a third-party seller? (Some of those codes come from different countries too.) What language did you install Sims 4 in originally? Have you recently traveled or moved to a different country than when you bought the base game? Origin could be confused about your current location as well.
