SAME ISSUE HERE!!!

Mine isn't as bad but the glitch is so annoying! This only happened after I updated my Mac to the Catalina version...

Moved your post to this thread. The issue is similar but only affects the UI at the bottom of the screen. The workaround is to disable edge smoothing.
