Thanks. Please now enter this command. This will show the contents of your Mods folder in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4:
ls -l /Users/damilola/Documents/Electronic\ Arts/The\ Sims\ 4/Mods
I type this in terminal right? this is what comes up

Thanks. Your Mods folder is empty which is why no Mods are loading. From the previous Terminal output you posted your Mods are either in iCloud Drive or the archived iCloud you have. Check whether your internal storage is full and free up space and change settings if needed.
