Switching the lighting setting from high to very high (all other graphics settings as high as possible) causes the glitch. With and without mods.

Well done on adding your card 🙂 If it was the in-game settings that triggered it that would explain why a new folder cleared it up, because the Options.ini file that stores your settings was recreated.
Intel Iris graphics are pretty weak so having your settings too high may be the issue although this is the first time I've seen the issue with the in-game screenshot function ever.

So weird! I knew I'd have to take them down a bunch of notches, but I wanted to see how bad the lag was with them up high with the new computer. Thanks so much for your help! I never would have thought to regenerate that folder
