Happy at Home - Items Gone After ReInstall

Hi! I had to uninstall/reinstall my Sims 4 content to fix it and once I did that, all of the items I unlocked during the "Happy At Home" log in event are gone. Can I get them back? Report ID: 3a3b59...

The items you have claimed during the event are stored in the Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts, specifically the UserSettings.ini file. Have you at some point trashed that file or moved the Sims 4 folder and the game has recreated a new one?

Yes - a new folder was created 😢

      I likely deleted it when I was trying to fix my game before uninstalling - and of course I emptied the recycle bin, just checked. Sounds like I'm out of luck!

        ☹️ If you use Time Machine to backup your Mac, or do manual backups maybe you can find the file?
