Help Needed for Origin (Sims 4) after update MasOS

Hi, After the update MacOS Montery, I cannot see the sims 4 anymore.  Can someone help me? I have install origin again, no luck. I cannot remove the sims or update and so an (see pictures). ...

I had contact with a lot of people of Origin. Unfortuntaley, with no succes. So what I have done is reset my Mac and now I see my game again in my game library.

    @BluebellfloraYes I have tried everything ea help aked me to do, but with no results.

        @Bluebellflora They send me different kind of links with things to do. And also the rescue tool. I wish I could show you the links, but I cannot found that email on my phone. I will check it tomorrow on my mac.
