How do I get rid of the bug in my game?!?
I'm having trouble with my sims 4 game. Tonight it did 2 updates and since all my icons have been incorrect and I'm not able to do much game play. for example, I needed to take my dog to the vet and I was there for hours and nothing was happening. When at the vet the task bar was all glitchy. I first removed all my CC and tried to see if I could update again as this was recommend on a post I saw a few years ago. There wasn't an option to update but there was one for repair. I tried this but again the same issue is still there. I've been searching and trying to fix this for hours now and am no further forward. Please can someone help? I'll attach some screenshots below of what this looks like on game too.

If not, you need to test with no 3rd party content - remove the Mods folder, trash the localthumbcache.package file then load the game and see if it still happens.
