Huge Crash - Lost Inventories, Sim, Progress

The other day my game glitched pretty badly (I know I should have saved it).

On a Saturday, my Sim Tausha was on a date with an NPC, and I wanted her date to be an elder like her so in the middle of the date I went into CAS and aged him up. Upon going back to live play, I was taken not to the restaurant but instead back home (Tausha was still at the restaurant) and then immediately got a notification that the NPC sim died of old age! Inconvenient, but I was able to resurrect him with MCCC.

The next day (Sunday) I got them married, but after the wedding when I went to travel home, I just kept being redirected back to the travel screen (this has happened once before). I couldn't go anywhere. I tried saving before exiting, hoping for the best, but when I reopened the game I was back to Saturday, so the wedding had been wiped out. But also, the NPC Sim was gone from the game. Wiped off the face off sim earth. It was like he never existed. In the family tree, it was a blank photo where he should have been listed as the father to two of Tausha's kids. I had to redownload him from the gallery and make them meet and fall in love all over again!

On top of all that, everything from everyone's inventories was gone. 259 upgrade parts, all gone.
