I’ve lost all my builds and sims, pls help me get them back

Ive lost everything on my game… I don’t want to have to start from scratch and was wondering if there was a way to restore my content that’s all gone.  EA don’t have any form of contact, it’s ridicu...

It might be an iCloud issue? It happened ever since I got my computer back from it being fixed. Idk if a factory reset could have done it but I think it could be related to that, possibly.
