I’ve lost everything on sims4

My MacBook broke and was factory reset upon repair, when I got it back, I re downloaded the EA app and re downloaded sims4, yet when I opened the app, all of my gameplay is gone. All my saves gone, I’ve been playing the same family for years and it’s gone. I just wondered does anybody know if I can somehow get it back or is it gone forever 💔

A factory reset deletes everything on your disk including your saves, so unless you made a backup which I highly suggest you get in the habit of doing, all will be lost.

@jpkarlsen Thank you so much for your reply, I did an icloud back up, maybe I can look to recovering it from before it was gone 💔
