I am missing 8 expansion packs
I just recently got a new computer and downloaded origin for The Sims 4 game and all the expansion packs I bought. When I opened the game, I noticed 8 different packs were missing, yet it said on origin that they were downloaded. I have tried everything and I am not sure what to do now.
@ehribal Are you missing all the newest packs, as in, the ones released after October 2019? What you've described is the result whem someone is running the Legacy Edition of Sims 4: the newer packs install but don't load in-game.
If you're not sure whether you're running the Legacy Edition or not, load the game to the Main Menu and look for the version number, which will be either along the bottom of the screen or in the lower right corner. Please list the entire number, i.e. 1.xx.xxx.xxxx.
