I bought the base game and many packs in Steam, in that moment I have a PC with Windows, now I have a Mac, and I know that I need to download the game through Origin, I download Origin, and log in, but I'm not able to download the game. What can I do?

Good. It's not available for Mac and can affect downloading and installing the game. I think there may have been issues with some people getting the free version. You're better off contacting Support who can hopefully add the entitlement to your account - https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/
