I think it's completely lost ☹️
I tried the super repair, moving in another family, trying to enter to build, but all it does is go back to the map screen. Creating a new save is fine and the lot is fully playable. Do you have any backups of your saves folder from before you renovated the lot you can copy across, maybe from Time Machine or a manual backup of your Mac?

@BluebellfloraNah, I don't have any back ups but I uninstalled it! I'm gonna reinstall it later to see if that'll do anything but, I dont mind starting over lol but thank you!
