I can't start my game
I need help fixing and/or someone to tell me why, when I click on Sims 4 on the EA app, it loads for a second, then returns to the EA app and doesn't say anything, not even that the game is crashing ...

This exact thing happened to me too, I wasn't able to solve it and after deleting it and reinstalling it and doing other stuff it now comes up with something saying its already running even tho its not, so now im dealing with that.
