I need help!

How do I change my Apple ID address on my EA Account? It keeps asking me to verify my address/identity which I can’t do cause I don’t have the email to open to identify myself.  Can someone please he...

    Hey there, 

    As you don't have access to the email, you will need to contact EA Help Support for assistance. They should be able to help you change your email in your EA account and make any other necessary changes. In case you don't have access to the email associated with your Apple account and want to make changes there, then you will need to contact Apple Support.

I haven’t received any help from anyone all I’m getting is that I have to wait 30 days to be able to change my email. Along with just saying edit my profile even tho I can’t at the moment.
