I tried to upload to gallery but it’s stuck

I made a family and was trying to upload it to the gallery and it was loading when I left the computer and the screen got dark. I came back to it and opened the screen and it was loading weirdly and it hasn’t stopped loading. I just want to go back from the library and it to stop loading I don’t need to upload the family just need help because I played a long time without saving and want to leave CAS (playing on MAC)
