Invisible floors and glitches

When I enable script mods (just by checking the box in option; with nothing in the mods folder), the glitch appears! I have tried resetting Origin, repair, uninstalled, and install again. I have deleted all the folders (tray and mod) as well as clearing the caches and deleting the whole folder entirely to restart. But unfortunately, none of it has fixed the problem. This has been a recurring problem for me even if I update or repair the game. Personally, I could not play the Sims raw and because of this, I haven't played the Sims in months now.

Product: The Sims 4

Platform: iMac

Which language are you playing the game in? English

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What is your current game version number? 1.71.86.1220

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?

1. All expansion packs

2. All game packs except "Journey to Batuu"

3. Stuff packs I don't have:  Backyard Stuff, Bowling Night Stuff, Cool Kitchen Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, Moschino Stuff Pack, Paranormal Stuff Pack, Perfect Patio Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff, Spooky Stuff, and Toddler Stuff.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

What happens when the bug occurs? Floor disappears in houses and apartments.

What do you expect to see? When I make a household and enters the house, the floor disappears.

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not at the moment. I've removed them.

It was fine for me. I tried a few households in live mode and build mode. I also tried the apartment in your OP:

I loaded up with your in-game options and the game window was tiny (I tested on a 2019 27" iMac). Does this happen in fullscreen and windowed on different resolutions? I think it may be related to the GPU in your Mac but I just don't understand how toggling a script mod setting, when it's a vanilla game, can cause it.
