Is Sims 4 available on MacBook Air M2 Chip 2022 in 2024?

Hi, I have been searching if I am able to download Sims 4 for my MacBook Air. I have searched up the minimum and recommended requirements to download the game on my  Mac and it seems like I check all the boxes. Although, after downloading the EA app, it says the game is unavailable. I tried downloading it straight from safari, which led me to the download option for Origin and EA App, which then led to me downloading Origin but when I opened Origin it would immediately have a pop up to "upgrade" to the EA app where it says it is unavailable. Is there any way for me to download the game on my Mac?
