Is there anyway to transfer my game from the old Mac account to the new Mac acc?
So previously I was playing Sims 4 on a Mac user account, but then made a new Mac user account, and found out my previous games are not there. Is there anyway to transfer my game from the old account to the new one?

You could simply copy your Sims 4 folder over to the new Mac user account using cloud storage or a USB stick. Or enable File Sharing in System Preferences > Sharing so each account can see the other's files and copy across.
