Issues since converting to EA

HI!

ive had major issues with my sims 4 game since converting to EA yesterday. I had absolutely no issues prior.

I do use CC and have done absolutely everything to try and fix it! Originally, it would allow me to create sims but would not allow me to get past residential maps. Now, the game crashes once I attempt to close the opening ad for the new expansion pack on the welcome screen.

I have gone through all my CC to find broken ones. that didnt fix my issue. I have removed both the tray and mod folder from my sims 4 folder, and even restarted the folder by deleting the original. 

I have repaired and reinstalled the app as well. My imac did need updating which I did. The issue occurs with or without cc in the sims 4 folder and absolutely nothing has fixed it. I have read many forums to try and solve this issue but no one else is currently having my issue! I have also done everything common forums have stated to do. 

Before it stopped allowing me to go past the loading screen, there was an error code: 102:d45d50cc:39976df1

I could not find online what this specific code meant. I have also not downloaded any new CC in the last few days that could of broken the game.
