SIMS 4 WONT PLAY ON MACBOOK AIR

Hey, I recently bought sims 4 and I downloaded it but it wouldn't let me actually play the game. I am using a Macbook air, I uninstalled and re-installed origin and still nothing.

I even got an external hard drive and it still isn't allowing to me to play sims. When I moved it to my hard drive it is continuously asking for the product code.
