I'm also having the exact same issue. On top of that, when in fullscreen mode, when I try to change any graphics options, it doesn't allow me to save the changes I made. I've restarted my mac & removed all mods/cc & repaired the game on origin and I'm still having the same issue as posted above

Thanks. There have been reports of resolution issues with the silicon Mac minis ever since they were released. It seems to be to do with the connection with the machine and the external display and the way the OS handles it.
