    Could you post a screenshot of the black lines? Have you enabled vertical sync in the graphics options in-game?

Vertical Sync worked! The camera movement is nice and smooth and I no longer see black lines when going into a loading screen. Thank you so much! I've been trying to crack this one for days, I didn't know what vertical sync was so I never would have tried it on my own. Thanks again for helping out a fellow noob🙂

Great! If you hover your pointer over the graphics options settings you will get a little pop-up explaining what each of them do 🙂
