[MAC] The game froze

my sims 4 game has been frozen for over a week now and i have no idea how to fix it. I was trying to save and exit because i was trying to get my sims to eat but it kept on canceling the action, so now its stuck on saving.

    Try this then:

    Go to the Apple icon in the upper-left.

    Select the option Force Close...

    See if Sims 4 is there, if it is, end it.

    If all else fails, you can also restart the computer, as that will end all currently running programs on a Mac system.

    If it's stuck on saving, you'll likely have to end The Sims 4 task in the Task Manager.

    1: Right-Click the Task Bar in Windows at the bottom of your screen, select Start Task Manager.

    2: Go to the Processes tab.
    3: Look for the process TS4.exe, right-click it, and select "End Process."

    Be warned, this will not save your game, but it will shut down Sims 4 so you can start it again.
