It is still a great machine and if you're using Logic Pro you should be fine, Apple software running on a Mac is perfect harmony 🙂

Totally agree, but :DI use FL Studio, have done for many years. It's the only one that has the most powerful piano roll and free updates for life. It's hard for most people to get their head round, but it's the only studio (and I've tried many) that I could. I have high functioning Autism, so maybe this is the reason! As long as it works with Big Sur I'll manage, otherwise it'll be no more music. I just haven't got round to testing it yet. Too busy simming!😃
