Mac

I just got my Mac M3 and it has 165GB. I have had sims for 3 days and have no mods or no packs. I have restarted my Mac and went on EA and hit repair about 6 times. I can open sims but when I try to load in my household I'm stuck on the loading green gem and cannot get passed it. It has worked just fine until yesterday. Any suggestions on what to do, I am also new to Mac.
