MacBook Air crashing & restarting EVERYTIME I PLAY!!

I’ve been playing sims for over a year on my MacBook Air and I’ve never had an issue but for the past month every time I play it freezes and restarts my whole laptop. I’ve tried reinstalling origin and the sims, taking all my mods out and nothing seems to be working. Starting to get really frustrated as all I want to do is play sims!! Help please!
