It’s also happening to me as well. All the things you done, I tried as well but no avail. I already contacted EA and I’m waiting for their reply back to me.

Yes, still no avail at all and plus I tried the Origin client on MacBook Air mid 2011 (MacOs High Sierra) and I got log in. So I did that if the problem with Origin or my Mac. But since I got in through my MacBook Air maybe it’s my iMac is the problem but I’m playing the Sims 4 using Origin Client in my iMac ever since 2016 up till September 19,2019. So i don’t know what happen, i try reinstall it, reset Origin, turn off my firewall, turn on and off my wifi, clear off Origin cache and so on so fourth. But nothing happened.
