Yes, still no avail at all and plus I tried the Origin client on MacBook Air mid 2011 (MacOs High Sierra) and I got log in. So I did that if the problem with Origin or my Mac. But since I got in through my MacBook Air maybe it’s my iMac is the problem but I’m playing the Sims 4 using Origin Client in my iMac ever since 2016 up till September 19,2019. So i don’t know what happen, i try reinstall it, reset Origin, turn off my firewall, turn on and off my wifi, clear off Origin cache and so on so fourth. But nothing happened.
Try the legacy client - https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Mac/CURRENT-ISSUE-Connection-issues-for-OS-X-10-10-Yosemite-users/td-p/8084836
It's for a different issue but may also help you 🙂

When you say you reset your Mac, did you wipe it and reinstall the OS? So helpful to know what worked - thanks 🙂- FairyTailNarza6 years agoSeasoned Rookie

How do you reset your mac in the "CLean state"? I've had this problem for a long time now, and I'm not that big of a tech guru 😕

@fluffyunicornsfl It might not be necessary to completely reset your Mac, and since it means starting from scratch, there are better ways to begin to troubleshoot. Start by running the Origin reset tool for macOS:

And make sure you don't have any proxies enabled. Here's how to check:
