Since updating my Mac to the lastest MacOS catalina sims has been unbable to open but was previously on MacOSMojave. an error box keeps popping up. origin is still able to open

It's looking highly likely Catalina will be releasing next week. Anyone hear any updates from the Maxis team about an update? We're going to have some upset Simmers because nothing has even been sent out advising people against installing the pending update.
