So I have been playing the Sims 4 on a windows bootcamp on my Mac for a while now because I had installed macOS Catalina on it and because of the issues surrounding the activationUI file not being 64 bit, I wasn't able to play it on macOS Catalina. Recently I found out that they had patched that issue and that I would be able to download and play the Sims 4 onto my MacOS partition of my drive. So I downloaded it and launched it with no issues, created a sim and played for about 1 second in the actual game and it froze.
So I rebooted it and was able to then play for about 5 mins before it froze again. I then tried to launch it again and I got an error popup window saying "Already Running, The Sims 4 TM is already running. [ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]" I will attach a screenshot. I then restarted my computer, repaired the game, uninstalled and reinstalled origin and the Sims 4 and the same issue with the freezing still occurred but this time I haven't seen any error message saying the game is already running yet.

I did make sure to remove any Mods and all that kind of stuff from my sims 4 folder and also not change any of the graphics settings but Im having no luck.
Note: The game freezes both in the CAD editing mode and gameplay mode and the mouse turns into the spinning beach ball thing and the applications has to be force quit and is noted down as Not Responding. Also I am on the latest update of the Sims 4, origin and macOS Catalina.
I've been having the same issue with the sims 4, I can understand there being issues due to Mac os being in beta, but I sure do hope they come out with an update since Catalina is getting ready to release Officially in a few days and I miss playing the sims.
