Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

i've been playing the sims 4 for years, and have gotten multiple expansion and game packs. i have had all of these for multiple years and now all of a sudden it's like i never had them. when i click on the packs in the ea app, it says that i need to buy them again, but the recently updated lists all of my packs like nothing happened. the dog and content from packs are gone and i can't even play my save because of it. previously, the ea app said i had played the game for around 40 hours, now it says 3 mintutes. please someone help. this is making me so mad. it is at its most recent update and i tired using the repair option but it did nothing. i have a bunch of mods if that has any impact, but i have never had any problem with something like this until now. im at a loss right now and want to throw my computer out the window
