Missing Mt Komorebi - snowy escape

Just bought snowy escape but the map for Mt Komorebi will not show up - not when moving in, trying to vacation or using a phone to visit. I have not got a mod but I cannot find this map at all.  How...

    Is the pack installed? Can you see CAS items and build/buy items?

    Have you tried repairing the base game?

    @BluebellfloraThe pack says its fully installed but none of the items are there either (just realised)!
    What do you mean by repairing the base game- how would I go about doing that?

    EDIT - thank you! I deinstalled the game and reinstalled all the packs and Ive finally got it!
