mouse cursor

I'm having troubles with my mouse cursor in game disappearing when I move it to the top left corner where it displays events/holidays. I'm not able to click anything, and my cursor reverts back to the regular computer mouse. Its kind of annoying at times when I just want to cancel an event, or figure out what I need to do for the special rewards events. It also happens when I'm in the menu, so I don't think its just from gameplay. if there's anyone else whose experienced this and knows how to solve it, that would help so so much.
