Buggy mirrors in sims 4 on Mac!!
Heyyy, I just wanted to play some sims and build some townhouses :) but every time I place mirrors all is getting laggy, even in build mode and also in play mode... Have anyone else experienced this? If so what do I do? Can it get fixed? Thanks for reading <3 hope someone can help :)game freezing still an issue cant fix it
This has been happening for nearly a year. However, since the update and only a few days ago, it's become a nightmare. My game will be fine, and then after 1 min of gameplay, it freezes, can't click on anything, can't change sim, can't rest, the environment moves still even in the "pause button". can't do anything. I've cleaned out my custom content upadated and fixed broken CC, done repairs, and everything, yet my game after 1 min of playing it freezes. I have no choice but to force quit my game. It's getting so frustrating... I've repaired the game, googled how to fix issues, spent hours cleaning my CC, making sure that none of them is broken, and yet the same issue has gotten so much worse. I have no broken CC I've cleaned my game files and made sure that the game isn't lagging/corrupted by CC or anything else. All my saves are the same. I've moved my mods in and out, and yet the same issue applies. If there is a way/solution as to how I can fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated.The sims4 corrupted files on mac
I just downloaded Sims4 for the first time and wanted to also download some mods. I came to realize that the game wont load if I have a .package file in my mods. I have tried opening Sims with one .package mod at a time and still would not work. It keep popping off as a corrupted file. I already tried repairing the game, un syncing from my icloud, and putting the file not too deep only in the mods file. I am not sure what to do because the game only runs if there is no mods or if the mods are "zipped." I tried it with many different kind of mod and it continue to not work therefore I don't think it's the mod itself have a problem. Overall, I am very confuse and want to use mods so please somebody help me I have a MacBook Air 2018!!!
sims 4 not showing in electronic arts folder help meeeeeeeeeeeeee
ive downloaded sims 4 lauched it multiple times, played and saved the game and all but it wont show up? even when i search it nothing comes up, only the sims 4 app and the sims4 pack but no other folder. ive tried looking up "tray" or "mods" but nothing leads me to the sims 4 ea folder. ive also tried reinstalling both sims4 and the ea app but no succes aaa pls help meeeI am so done
I had such a great run with the sims. 2 to 4. I felt like I had finally figured out the flow when it came to the updating such as moving mods, updating them, and so on. Today I finally updated the sims 4 and in the process accidentally deleted all of my saves from my Mac. After an all day process and over $80 later I still don't have a fix. Yes I know, this was my fault. However, it occurred to me that if there weren't so many updates, so many fixes, to so many bugs that EA easily could have avoided. I wouldn't have this problem. This never and I mean NEVER happened in sims 2 or 3. Now It's like EA wants us to move on to greener pastures. If anyone knows how to fix this please help. I rewrote package files and everything but my game won't read the files because they deleted meaning there's something in them that's "unreadable" I've renamed files, I've even used a program to recover them from the abyss. still no luck. Now my game is taking hours to load. I've about had it.
