My custom content won't work and Sims 4 game its says trial in game.I bought it

I joined sims last night and its said trial IN GAME, Not in origin. I re installed sims 4 and still doesn't work. I bought sims 4 A couple months ago. Also none of my custom content will load. Im thinkings its because I switched apple ids on my Mac, BUT I STILL HAVE THE SAME ORGIN ACC. what should I do?

There is no trial version of the base game for Mac but EA are sometimes making packs available for trial. Can you please post a screen shot of the message?

Did you buy the base game outright or did you subscribe to EA Play?

I don’t see the link between your Apple ID and CC unless you’re thinking of iCloud Drive?
