My expansion packs and kits are not working in my game when it says I own them.

I have seen many other people with this same issue, but I am getting no solutions that have helped. I have purchased the City Living expansion pack, the Cats and Dogs expansion pack, the Blooming Rooms kit, the Everyday Clutter kit, and the Pastel Pop kit almost a year ago. My issue is, none of these will show up in my game! I have tried every solution under the sun, repairing the game, repairing Origin, deleting and reinstalling Origin, etc. Nothing works! It says that I own these kits within the Origin app and within the actual Sims 4 game. I am on a MacBook Air and have never had these problems up until today after not playing The Sims for awhile. What can I do? I feel like I have wasted all of my money on things I cannot even use and it’s very frustrating.
@emilyreeed Your screenshots show that the folders for your packs are in entirely the wrong location. I can't remember if this was the old location before Apple forced EA to move the packs' data to its own folder, but that happened back in April of 2020.
Given how many folders are in the wrong location, your best bet is to completely uninstall Sims 4 and reinstall it. This shouldn't delete your saves, but make a backup just in case (it's good practice in general). Saves are located in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > saves, and you can copy the entire saves folder and paste it somewhere else.
