My Macbook Pro 2020 wont let me go further than build a sims in Sims 4

My Macbook Pro 2020 wont let me go further than build a sims in Sims 4 before it freezes. I have tried to restart origin, redownload everything, i tried deleting the Sims 4 Legacy, but nothing works. I also tried going offline. I am at a lost....

I really dont know what more to try?? Please help me

Legacy is irrelevant, your Mac supports Metal so you will be running the current version of the game.
