My saved games on MAC won’t load

I uninstalled then reinstalled origin back on my MAC. When I clicked to play sims, my saved games are not on there anymore. I’ve moved everything out of my iCloud back to their original places. Still nothing changes. I am really lost please help!

@jaleesag Are their files in your 'saves' and 'tray' folders? Did you past the 'Electronic Arts' folder in the same folder (Documents)?

@Marloesvu Yes there are files in both the ‘saved’ and ‘tray’ folders. Also yes, my ‘electronic arts’ folder is inside my documents

@jaleesag hmm that's strange! I'm sorry, I don't know what's wrong then. Hopefully someone knows what the problem is and you get a solution soon!

@jaleesag In this case, it's highly likely your saved games have uploaded themselves to iCloud and your game can't reach them. Go into your computer's settings and turn off Automatic iCloud Syncing for your Documents folder and see if that helps.

Please could you click on your saves folder once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of the folder here.
