My Sims 4 game wont launch or even load

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the EA app and Sims 4 twice, I have removed my mods folder, I have repaired the game within the EA app, I have tried creating a new EA account, I've done absolutely everything I can find or think of. I will go into the EA app, find sims, and click play and the EA app will return to my dock like usual. Then the mouse will show the rainbow skinny thing for a minuet or two and then it will return to the EA sims page in the app. I need help (PLEASE)
