My sims 4 save file is completely gone and idk why

@Bluebellflora the screenshot is the save folder, i had a scratch folder and it disappeared. i never deleted it, i was going to but decided to leave it be. opened up my game once to see if it would change and then it was gone

Yes, that's what should happen. The scratch folder is created when you launch the game and disappears when you close it, or at least should do.

Did you read through Crin's post and try her tips on recovering saves?

  @KristinC2004 did u managed to get your savefile back? mine disappeared and I don't know what to do..
