My sims 4 save file is completely gone and idk why

Hi, so i have been having a problem with my game as of today (May 17th, 2020) and i don't understand. Today i loaded up my game and there was an error saying something along the lines of "households ...

Yes, that's what should happen. The scratch folder is created when you launch the game and disappears when you close it, or at least should do.

Did you read through Crin's post and try her tips on recovering saves?

    @KristinC2004 did u managed to get your savefile back? mine disappeared and I don't know what to do..
