What happens when the bug occurs? My screen kind of freezes for a quick second and shows these weird colored lines as if my game probably crashed
What do you expect to see? I expect to get this issue resolved

Please describe the patch or change you made. Well I did think it was my CC because I had a lot but I did delete all my mods and CC and then when I went back into the game with no cc is still happened
